I've got the miserys today , I feel miserable, irritable and unmotivated. I have gone over my carb count and don't even feel like I have done any thing wrong! I suppose that you can''t always feel motivated and upbeat all the time , as long as you get through it without damaging your progress. Must remember: NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS BEING THIN FEELS.

How could someone with a pretty smile like yours be miserable? :) Maybe you did do some damage to your progress, but what a fantastic piece of progress it is! You are doing great - keep up the good work!!
