Started @ 211 pds on February 9th. Official start date on lifestyle change was February 22nd. I CAN'T STOP NOW... GOT TO KEEP GOING!!!!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
