A 1.8 pound loss since last week! I feel fantastic about this weigh in. I've officially been back at losing since July 20th. In the last five weeks, I've re-lost 12 pounds and I couldn't be happier! I've followed my work out regimen to a T, not skipping a single day, and I've been on target for calorie intake (with exception to a once-weekly cheat meal on my date nights). Nothing makes me happier than feeling good- seeing the muscles develop and feeling the exercise stamina increase.
236.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
