Last week 2/15/10, I decided to take control of my life and went on a gluten free diet, lots of water and protein whey. I had to take myself off of my oral medicine for diabetes because it was going too low. I kept a record of my sugar and weight and what went into my mouth and showed the doctor today 2/26/2010. She said I can remain off of my meds!! I am on a 2100 cal a day diet and in this small amount of time I lost 9 lbs and gained 20 years in life span! God is good!
