Day 75 of new lifestyle, and it's been a challenging last few days. We had a Pi Day Celebration at work, and we had every pie imaginable- apple, cherry, berry, dutch apple, banana cream (my favorite), lemon meringue, turtle chocolate and caramel, peanut butter..... the list goes on and on. I was so tempted, everything looked amazing! Instead, I had a scoop of vanilla ice cream and called it a day. I was proud of myself for saying no to it.
Tomorrow is my actual 24th birthday. Friends and I are going out to dinner, and I'm trying to convince myself to just enjoy it and not get caught up with nutrition and calories for just one meal. Just one! Afterwards, I can bounce right back onto my diet. I need to hit it hard in the next month or so, so I can lose all the weight before needing to maintain to fit my wedding dress alterations.
Oy, today is going to be a long day at work. And then I need to work out. And then I need to clean up the apartment since my friend is staying with me over my birthday. I'm exhausted just thinking about it.
