OK changing my RDI to 1200. I believe 1400 is a maintenance number. I will start drinking the hot lemon water 2x daily. Next week should be a drop in weight. Can't wait to see 185 again. I've been drinking cranberry water for a month now it is supposed to help the liver with digestion acids. Dr appointment in September hopefully my bad numbers will be lower.
