Weight loss of 5 lbs!! I am happy with that, especially since I have been very slack on my water intake! This week's plan is to cut way back on my sodas! I will allow myself only 2 servings of diet soda until I can cut it down to 1 serving:) Water Water Water!!! I can do this!
