Love the dark grilled bits. I miss having a grill. I have an on top of the stove kind, but alas not the same aroma, of taste.

Thanks, all. Bonnie, I filet'ed the breasts and marinated them in olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice with some thyme and rosemary. Then grilled over charcoal (high heat) 8-10 min a side. I share recipes upon request, but I don't like to spend the time typing if no one's interested.

Bonnie, I used one lemon and maybe a third cup olive oil -- I didn't measure, but just used enough to coat the chicken.

Maybe a tablespoon each herb. It's not an exact science like baking. Have fun with it and experiment!

I like to chop them up and put on salads but also I like them mixed with veggies and wrap in Trader Joes Low Carb Tortilla - I think Mission makes low carb one too. The key is to either grill or throw the tortilla over an open flame for a few seconds. Makes all the difference n the world.
