At gym today by 8am. Later at home ... felt hunger pains (AFTER 14HR fast) before I ate at 10:30am. Listened to my body! Had a piece of Keto Pizza. Made a half dozen Keto Deviled Eggs. (didn't eat them) My husband loved them. Have to finish a book for my book club tonight . Going to meditate . Simple day...just how I like it! Have a good one friends...KCKO!
