GilmoreGirl's Journal, 24 February 2010

I am having a great week. The Gilmore Girls Diet is going very well! I think that I have finally worked out a diet that will work for me. Basically I'm still practising Intuitive Eating, but I will be writing out a weekly meal plan for awhile, just to help me stay within a certain number of calories and fat grams. Hopefully down the road I will know what to eat without a written meal plan, but for now I think that I need it. I don't have to eat everything on here, only what I'm hungry for. Also, I can eat a second serving if I am still hungry. But here is today's plan:

breakfast: 1 small yogurt (Yoplait, Trix, 4 oz.), 1 chocolate chip cookie dough pop tart
Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich (on light wheat bread with lean ham and 2% reduced fat cheese slice, 1 tbs light miracle whip), 1 cup green beans (from can), banana
Dinner: big salad (w/ shredded deli meat and cheese), 1 serving ore-ida tater tots

snacks: red vines, grapes, 2nd pop tart

today's exercise plan: 30 minutes Curves circuit, 35 minutes on Gazelle
