how do you make red curry paste?

reedee44- I just used "Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste." Its available at a lot of grocery and specialty stores in the Asian section. Its 2 net carbs per Tablespoon. I liked the spinach so much that I made more with an entire Tablespoon and liked it even more. I think its best to let the paste sizzle in the fat (butter or coconut oil) and blend it before tossing the spinach into it.

I love salmon, eat thre e- four times a week - I use wild Sockeye and eat plain with butter and garlic, over salad, mashed into salmon cakes with pork rind as filler instead of breadcrumbs. Yum
