Trying my best to count every calorie which can be very tedious but I can already see how this practice makes me more aware of what I'm eating and hopefully will be the tool to reset my poor eating habits. Now I'm adding in daily exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes to tip the scale in the direction of my goal.
