Day 2 of bringing exercise back into this lifestyle change. Stomach actually growled during a class today, of which I added another cup of fruit to pacify it till lunch. Sore? Goodness yes, my arms and shoulders ache. Upper Fix (21 day fix) is demanding for sure, and the 3lb and 5lb dumbbells were brought this morning. Lots of modification -- particularly on the pushups. Did them from the back of the couch, and the one where your triceps are brushing your sides? Yeah, them. I did one for ever 5 or 6 they did. LOL.

day two for me on the weights too..Ive never stopped my cardio but haven't done weights seriously since May. Im following "burn the fat, feed the muscle" 2 day split upper/lower body 2x a week so 4 days of lifting.. and I feel ya.. my shoulders are on fire.. I heard 21 day fix is a great program.. good for you!
