Back from a quick but nice weekend, over indulged on Saturday with a lovely prime rib dinner, but........... the scale did not move from friday.
Back on the band wagon again, still reluctant to go to the gym. May wait until I can get my knee MRI done and go to the surgeon. But maybe not, Saturday will do weights probably.
