I am getting back onto this site so I can track what I eat and be accountable for it. I took a desk job for the summer and am so bored at my job that I've been eating to fill the boredom. I also want to start running again to have an effective cardio exercise.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
