That's me and I am not sucking it in either. The real deal...can any one remember the old Chevy commercial of body made by fisher? Well this is my body made by Keto. 52 in waistline to less than 38 inch waistline now and still losing. I also have a hard time believing.

Fantastic transformation. I started out at about a 54" waistline. How long did it take you to lose that many inches? Hope I can duplicate your success.

Look at this ....do I need Carbs this is what happens when you slow down eating so many Carbs....Yes they are not my friend and they are nonessential for our body. It starts in your mind first then for two to three days eat only keto friendly foods very low or not at all in carbs. Deny your body of all the carbs for those few days and force your body to start burning you own body fat for fuel and bingo you will be in keto so fast without all the pain of going one or two weeks trying. No time to get keto flu. I can get into it in the second day but for a newbie maybe an extra day. Took my wife three days for her first time and she lost 10 lbs in the first month eating keto friendly foods and not counting cals. This is a re posting but still holds true.
