First day went pretty smoothly, no cheating, no hunger, a bit of nausea (haha made myself laugh) in the evening. I think it was from the spoonful of coconut oil I had as dessert. I'm onto the second day! I'm going out to eat tonight so hopefully that won't pose too much of a challenge. I think sauces would be the thing to watch out for the most. Meat and vegetables sounds pretty straight forward though. Yumyum!
