Well, yesterday I cheated a bit. I had 2 margaritas. I went out with a friend that I hadn't seen in a longggg time. I decided it's not the end of the world, I can still be successful, I just have to not have margaritas next time! Today went pretty well. I'm having too many net carbs which is a problem. I don't pre-plan my meals, so when I input them into my food journal I'm like OMG THAT'S HOW MANY CARBS?!???!? I am guessing it will be easier to judge what's carby and what's not as I go along. Anyways, I'm gonna keep on keepin' on!

First day went pretty smoothly, no cheating, no hunger, a bit of nausea (haha made myself laugh) in the evening. I think it was from the spoonful of coconut oil I had as dessert. I'm onto the second day! I'm going out to eat tonight so hopefully that won't pose too much of a challenge. I think sauces would be the thing to watch out for the most. Meat and vegetables sounds pretty straight forward though. Yumyum!
