Moose Lodge breakfast 9AM, THEN boating with my neighbor Scott in his ancient and highly modified 12 footer's first "voyage" (it leaks, is stern heavy and wants to swamp) then shooting after as most Sundays (near lake Oroville), now in wet shoes that'll take DAYS TO DRY!
Didn't get lunch until 330pm cj's low-carb Berger and diet Coke ashamed to admit I snuck in a cookie too, dinner was a home afair of salad/tomato,3egg/4oz chicken, dash of pb2, soymilk blended soufla all with grated cheese over it, low-carb but ate too late (freaking starved) at 730\8pm now I'm flopped out, ichy from Sandy lake water, sun burned,knee achy in a throbbing, warm-ish way and the older damage from 1993\4 is reared up again..gawd Aug 21 (surgery date) can't come soon enough...I really just need to find someone to drive me home on Aug 24 when they release me too go to a nursing facility for a few days, then I can go home.
