DR Sarah Hallberg of Purdue University studies and works with Obese and super Obese patients. She puts them on the Keto diet to get them off of Insulin meds. She says Diabetes does not have to be chronic ... while it is not cured...it can be resolved. Her rules for eating- 1. If products says "light, low fat, or fat free" that food stays in Grocery store....Carbs and Chemicals is what replaced the fat in the product. Don't buy and do not use. 2. Eat real food...you know it is natural when you look at it! 3. Don't eat anything you do not like. 4. Eat only when you are hungry, not when you are not hungry...no matter what the clock says. 5. No GPS NO Grain, no potatoes, and No sugar.
