So I'm finally breaking my #eggfast.. kind of. This morning I stuck with it but for lunch my body was craving kale!! I needed greens! So, I'm technically breaking it but not trying to give my body shock with any heavy protein.

Aren't eggs loaded with protein ... why would the body get shocked ? Or was it a joke that went over my head

Vito- you're right they're loaded with protein. I was just being slightly sarcastic meaning I didn't want to go straight for a bunless 5 guys burger with the all the toppings. Lol cause that's what I really wanted.
