A little cramping this morning, but I woke up feeling rested and refreshed. Plus my weight is down today. I had a Candida die off event yesterday and experienced symptoms (cold sweats, chills, fatigue, and headache), so I just took it easy last night. I stuck to my diet really well except I think I ate too much fruit (the Kind pressed bar was a late night cave). I accidentally hit my macros EXACTLY. I say accidentally because I just try to eat a varied diet of the foods I'm allowed to have, and I don't necessarily pay attention to macros. Those even percentages caught my eye, though!
