ALee1968 I have posted this on a few other posts but I too strugle with the sweets. Here is a little fake out trick. Atkins allows for the minute muffin (recipie on Atkins site) in induction. To sweeten the deal I add in 2 tbs of DaVinci chocolate or carmel or hazelnut sugar free syrup (1 carb) and add a crumbled hersheys sugar free chocolate to the mix then microwave, when it comes out slab either butter or cream cheese on top and enjoy, it is almost like a molten lava mini cake, incredible! to spice up the cream cheese you can mix it with sugar free syrup again or melt another hersheys to mix in with it. I have one at the end of the day as long as I have stayed in the carb range allowing for it as a treat. I promise it is worth it. Also it is a good breakfast treat cut it in 2 and dip in egg and cinammon mixture and cook up with a teaspoon of coconut oil and eat as french toast with sugar free pancake syrup. ENJOY and KEEP STRONG!
