I'm excited that I'm dropping weight but I'm going to start tracking my muscle weight to make sure I'm not losing any. 💪🏼💪🏼 Hopefully it's not the case!
197.9 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 42.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are already eating Keto. If you exercise and eat adequate protein 2-3 times a day you shouldn't be losing muscle.

I'm not exercising 😑 I should, I tell myself everyday to but I just doing have the motivation yet. 😔

Do you enjoy walking? I know what you mean about lack of motivation in that area but just keep this in mind: when you are doing Keto, your body is set up to use fat as fuel, right? So once it's used all the fat you have ingested that day in your diet, you know where your energy comes from at that point if you go for a walk right? Your body fat. Whatever activity you do at that point is accessing body fat for fuel! Also, you might want to experiment with a daily walk for the night munchies. I don't understand the science on this one but I've noticed that the days I get in a nice brisk walk I have no problems with evening snacking. A lot of times going for a walk boosts that high satiety feeling like eating something fatty. Maybe it has something to do with ketosis using fat as fuel, but it works! I never experienced this when I was a sugar burner. Exercise would boost my hunger.
