I am a little out of sorts today.... I stayed up too late talking to my finace on the phone last night. 10pm is way later than I am usually in bed. That of course causes those 4:30am thoughts of "Do I really want to go to the gym?" The answer was a very unenthusiastic "yes", so I went. I got there and started reaching for my phone (my music, Facebook and all the other things that keep me entertained on the treadmill) and I realized it must have been left on my bed. So after deciding that I didn't need to go home because of it, I made my way to the treadmill. It was the most boring 15 minutes ever.... So after my workout I was getting ready for work in the locker room when I discovered I forgot to pack my belt. Being a very bottom heavy girl, my pants DO NOT stay up without a belt. So I had to rush (speed. speed. speed.) to get back to my house and grab my missing items and still make it down to work with enough time to stop at the store and get breakfast and lunch. Amazingly, I made it. Now that I am at work I am feeling much better. The scale is still dropping. Slower than last week, but I am ok with that as long as by Saturday I can at least get back down to where I was last Saturday. Then I won't feel like as much of a failure. Regardless of what the scale says, I THINK I am starting to notice a difference in how my pants fit. The pair I am wearing today are usually almost uncomfortable across my upper thighs and today, they are much looser. Yay! Skipped bootcamp last night to hike becuse it was so pretty, maybe we will do that again today. Have a great day everyone!

Wow - what a whirlwind morning!! Phew!! Glad you made it to the gym and got to work safely (and on time!) The way your clothes fit you is definitely a better indication of how you're doing than what the scale says - it's tough to remember sometimes when the number just doesn't seem to budge!! :) Keep on truckin!

Good for you for working out! It's so easy to make excuses and so hard to follow through, so you did really well.

I find that if I don't layout everything I need in the morning the night before I end up forgetting something. The brain seems to wake up a while after the body does. Good for you, going to the gym even though it wasn't easy.
