Today is a good day. 12 minutes solid on the treadmill at 4.5 and less than 1 pound till I am back where I was last Saturday! Woo Hoo! Now, I just have to make it through work before I get to start my weekend. As long as nothing else goes wrong we get our seafood night tonight! Really, really, really hoping that I keep losing over the weekend... or at least don't gain. Have a good day everyone!
