The past couple of days I've binge ate fast food. I was doing super good with controlling my cravings, watching how much I ate, and even taking my lunch to work. My weight had even gotten down to 197. I was TWO pounds from a small 5 pound goal I had set. My boyfriend even agreed to plan date night when I got to my goal as a treat. I've been beating myself up over the slip, but at the same time I know that it will only motivate me more when it comes to not eating food that so horrible for me.
