Today was a pretty good day and since I have been good for over a week I decided to have a treat...I had some stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut...at 400cal per piece, I certainly can't do that very often, but it was a nice treat!! I'm over my RDI by almost 900cal, but with my work out and exercise bike I will be well under my exercise calories (500cal), so I'm not gonna sweat over it...

I haven't had my weigh it yet, so I will update later but I am happy with my progress this week regardless of the weigh in...I followed my diet and exercise plan, so it is a good week!!

I've joined another challenge...Lose 30 pounds by June!! Since I want to lose 50 by August, it just fits into my plan...so this should be a good gauge as to how I am proceeding with my plan, wish me luck!!
