Had a good couple of days with food & impulse control...and tonight I went to Booster Juice for a smoothie with my daughter (she's been bugging me to take her for a week...)...so I went for a high impact one that has high protein...picked one based on lower calories, got to the counter and ordered the wrong one...man are they good, but there was an extra 150cal in the "wrong one"...oops...it still fit under my RDI, but I didn't stay 400cal under like I am aiming for...

I have also found protein bars for after my work out...180cal & 21g protein...and they taste okay too...

I'm also going to start doing my weigh in on Saturday night & Wednesday night instead of Sunday night...Sundays are just too hectic...next week I have to go out of town for work, so we'll see how that effects my diet.

This weekend is two of my daughters swim meet, so we will see how they function getting up at 5:30am to make it to the warm up on time...being girls, it will take them an hour to get themselves ready to head out the door in the morning and we have a 30min drive to get there...

Anyway, I'm hoping that my weigh in goes well tomorrow but I'm not terribly concerned about the weight...my clothing is starting to get really loose fitting, so I know my plan is working...my weight lifting might be building muscle, so that could be counter acting some of the fat loss (that's my excuse & I'm using it to the fullest extent :) )

Hope everyone else has had a good week, mine was quite interesting...and before we know it another one will start...
