5 minute cheddar quiche muffin. Keto, vegetarian and egg fast friendly.

Per two muffins: 2 local eggs, 1 T romano plus enough shredded cheddar to make 2 oz, tsp fresh chives from the garden. Ready in 7 min (electric muffin maker).
