It's been almost two months since my last weigh in, mostly because I was feeling not very good about how I was doing and I was afraid to see myself fall backwards. I'd been feeling like even though I was still largely shying away from snacks and pasta and red meat, that I was overeating at meals far too often.
Looks like that fear was silly as now I've reached my lowest recorded weight yet and am now only 6 lbs away from my newest goal! Sure, losing 4 lbs over 2 months isn't great progress, but if I can maintain or lose weight during a period where I was convinced that I'd gained, that's a BIG win.
I imagine if work hadn't been so hectic recently that I'd be continuing my (almost) daily walks and that I'd have done even better! This is really encouraging. =)
