Good news! Turns out that I didn't go over my net carb budget yesterday! I was counting whole carbs NOT net carbs. Phew. I can have a small choco shake every now and again. And it looks like I am actually not getting enough carbs today. I went to Whole Foods to remedy this. I now have plenty of veggies to snack on.. which I look forward to since I have been feeling icky since last night. Here's hoping this isn't the beginning of Atkins flu. I even took the day off of work today. Tomorrow I'm going back, but I have a 2 full day training session. So, I'll be prepared since the area we're training in is not known for it's healthy eateries.
