I'm a mother first and foremost. My girls and step son are my world. Second I am a recently married to an amazing man. I'm trying to get real about my life before it's even harder. Life was starting to get to hard and now I'm at the largest I've been in 8 years. I use to be even larger 9 years ago and I refuse to ever be that large again, so here I am trying to really change my habits!!!

I really want to start adding in a low sugar, low in fat, high protein shake, but I don't know which one actually taste as well as dissolve well. Any suggestions?

Thank you! just adjusting how I'm eating and lower calories as well as not going to high with carbs. In the past I did atkins, and even when I was in the later phases when your allowed to have a glass occasionally I would have 1-2 glasses and stall for about 1-2 weeks. I guess not being use to actually doing this in a maintainable way I just am unsure about almost everything. I think I will have one as a treat this weekend with my hubby. He's been gone for almost a months so I know we will be in the celebration mood. LOL
