down & holding even though i went out to eat last nite- it actually was easy to order protein and steamed veggies. slow, but i guess that's the way that my body is going to do this. I have to be thankful for any downward movement, no matter how small.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Your average is 3.5 pounds lost per week which is nothing to sneeze at!! I know it's hard to watch the scale move downward ever so slowly but you ARE making progress, which is the point I've been trying to make. Congrats! It's excellent that you were able to do well eating out and still lose.
