So Today was the first official day of the start of my on again weight loss plan. It was harder then I thought and I am kind of disappointed at myself for not doing more. I worked out on the treadmill for an hour in the morning before going to school and work. I really wanted to do an exercise video tape when I got back but I was way tired. Afterwards I did go for a walk with my dogs for about 40 minutes... I really wish I could have walked more but it was so cold and windy outside that I couldn't handle it. Also I didn't stick to my diet completely. I gave into my craving and had a little chocolate and some more food then I should have. I don't remember last time it being this hard on the first day. I really hope tomorrow will be better. I hate that dieting is so hard!
