Great day! No rain. After 7 weeks into the new WOE I am, after Sunday, going to weigh in weekly only. I find the fluctuations too stressful and tempting to go off track. For the month of January I "only" lost 4 pounds....ONLY? Hey, I LOST 4 pounds, this is a celebration - not a disappointment!

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 February 2012:

Amen to that! Good job! You've been working hard to make it happen. The day to day can be rough and if you can handle ignoring the elephant in the room I say go for it. Hide the scale, take out the batteries, whatever you need to do. Keep it up!

The scale is a funny little controlling box. Another habit if you will. I used to secretly enjoy stepping on other's little box during visits to see what THAT would reveal..the real truth! I would love to get to the point that I no longer own a 'scale'!
