1:00 PM> BGL 116 mg/dL BP 146/86 Pulse 62
Two days in a row that my BP has been elevated. Guess I am seeing the results of the weekend's French Fries. Of course "elevated" is relative. Four months ago, as long as my BP was under 160/100 (the max to donate blood) I was happy with it, even with a resting pulse rate of close to 90 BPM. Now I am really wanting to stay in the 120/80 to 130/85 range With a pulse below 70.
I have higher expectations for my body now.
