I wasn't really watching my diet yesterday as much as I was watching for symptoms of my medication. Journaling shows me how much fat I consumed without even really knowing it.
And if anyone else is reading this ... the best advise I can give is to order a healthy kids meal when you're out. Even if it isnt the healthiest option on the kids meal, the portion size and amount of fat/calories will be MUCH less than anything on the regular menu. Not to mention you just might get a cool toy! lol
