I love the endorphins following a workout - sipping a skinny latte doesn't hurt either! The latte is my reward/splurge for going to 6am cycling class. This class is so inspiring because it is made up of an elite group of athletes who range in age from 20 to 50+. Almost all do triathalons. I made a commitment to one of the guys to go out and do time trials this summer. Although I hate time trials I know they make me a stronger rider.
Saw Cindy at the Dome this morning too. We're patting each other on the back because we are committed to taking care of ourselves!
The instructor of the cycling class teaches boot camp class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The next session starts after spring break and what she wants to do for that session is have a workout in the pool, then on the bikes, and finish with a run. I thought of you, Mary Jean - it sounds like something you would love!
