I had my wellness checkup through work today. The results affirm I am on the right path with the healthier behaviors that are now part of my lifestyle. My cholesterol was 155; down 40 points from last year. Blood pressure is 100/63 and all other numbers were good as well.

My goal for the 21 day challenge that started Feb. 1st is to make time for exercise 6 days a week. This week I went to cycling class Mon-Tues-Wed and rode my bike on the trainer this morning.

It is snowing here AGAIN! I am so glad though that the floor refinishing crew made it to our house despite slippery roads this morning. I expect they will be done today and then I can start the clean-up process and getting the house put back together. The following weekend we are going to spend Friday and Saturday night in Sioux Falls with 5 other couples. I'm looking forward to doing something more fun but at the same time am already nervous about how I will work it out to not go overboard on the food and drink!

Way to go on the Wellness Checkup and meeting those exercise goals! The improvement in cholesterol is impressive - what a wonderful affirmation of your new life-style. Remember the 80/20 rule on your weekend!
