Weight is still up a pound. Blah! An hour of cardio last night and some pushups. Still chugging the water today.

On a good note, last month I bought one of those thick belts to wear around the waist... It's too big now! A little disappointing because I really really like it, darn. But at least that means I'm getting smaller.

lol, I did the same thing. I barely wore my belt... when it was tight, it was way too tight and uncomfortable -forgot about it for a bit then it was way too lose!
