Up one... very annoying to say the least. I may lower my calories to 1450 a day. My BMR is anywhere from 1536-1632 depending on the website, so I need 1958 or so to maintain, minus 500 to lose a pound a week and that puts me at 1458... so confusing. I haven't gone over, am eating fresh fruit and veggies... ugh, I guess until I can start walking I need to lower my intake. I'm not giving up, this time of the month I usually gain 2-5 so I know I'm doing good, but it would help soooo much if that stupid scale would go down, even just one pound! One day at a time.

Baby steps ChristyF baby steps and by golly we shall achieve....mine is yoyoing at the moment and i have tons of the stuff to get rid of....i cannot even get on a scale at the moment without the springs jumping out...chin up and forward - we are amazon women and we shall achieve...lol....*hope this helps you **grinning** it does sometimes make me smile and want to carry on and believe me I have been trying for eons....* here's to you kid!!!!! lol....lulu60 xxxxxxx
