Last week still not on right path. Just entered my challenge progess and the only thing I passed was the exercise. I'm sure that is the only reason I'm maintaining my weight. Still consuming too many calories, eating too much and the wrong things. Today is a new month. How was I able to do this before? I must figure it out and get back there.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I wish I could help... when you say "before", do you mean when you started on this diet? maybe your motivation was greater because it was new. did you re-read the "you on a diet" book lately? it could help to find this motivation you had in the past. what about trying new recipes? it can be very boring to eat always the same food, and it doesn't help to stay on track. and if you're like me, this time of the year is not the easiest. it seems we are in winter for ever, and we'll never see the end of it... hang in there! don't give up you can do it!

from what you said on my journal, your motivation came from this "ultimatum", your vacation. is ther any event in the next that you are looking forward to? can you use it to renew this motivation? it's often easier to work on something when we have a deadline, a precise moment when the goal must be achieved. I hope you week is going well, take care!
