My new to me treadmill made it home today. It's a nordictrack viewpoint 3000. We drove forever to get it but I love it! Since it was so far away we stopped for lunch and got a chance to see some friends we almost never see anyone since they moved so far away. (Picked up the treadmill about 15 miles from them) We all ate at Chili's. I stuck to low carb and ordered a sirloin with double veggies. Broccoli and asparagus, they were okay but I didn't eat the tomatoes or even all the asparagus that came with it, broccoli was devoured though. I am so tired right now though. I need to get the air in my car fixed and soon. Florida can be hot and we drove about 100 miles round trip.
