Much more walking this past week reaching 3,000 plus steps a day. Not quite enough to offset what I ate. So, I am planning to have a better week.

496.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some weeks are harder than others.....stay with it....... I just heard Lei Hala byJosh Tatofi if you get a chance give a listen.......so beautiful......Pua Ki'ele is also beautiful. I put his music on and walk for 30 mins.
