the weight seems to be coming off much more slowly this time but i think i have learned a secret to my carb cravings i have stoped all sweetner use in my diet and now the cravings have disapeared... funny but i read an artical that artifical sweeteners can fool your metabolism so i thought what the heck i will give it a week with no sweetners and see how things go i bought a 2 lb bag of m and m's today and didn't even flinch i think i like this no sweetner thing a lot!!!!
