Naiomy's Journal, 19 January 2012

This is a reminder to myself... i'm in no rush to lose weight... slow and steady is OK... ok.. back to my regularly scheduled dieting.

I haven't weighed in since my bday b/c i knew i would have some damage control to do. not sure if i want to wait till saturday, prob will.. and hope i have diffused most of the damage.

So. i felt like i haven't solidified my goals here... as far as my OFFICIAL goals. Just want to put them out there.

My New Years resolution was to lose 20 lbs. i am giving myself all of 2012 to do it...I did start a myfitnesspal account and am measuring my 20 lbs there... just gonna keep it moving over here since i have so much history here.

I did add a second goal, which whether its attainable i'm not really sure.. but nothing is impossible if i try for it.

My lifelong bestfriend is getting married in 2013 and asked me to be in her wedding... its in New York where i grew up, so i said uh DUH of course!!... so my goal.. for her wedding in October is to be 150. it would be amazing if i got there.. but i'm not gonna kill myself to get it.

Would be pretty cool though huh?

Slow and steady is definitely the way to go. That way, you've actually changed your habits and will be able to keep it off. Your goals are totally doable. I want to SEE all these tattoos! LOL!!!
