so proud of myself. I've been working extra hours so i haven't had the energy to keep up with the insanity workouts so i did milder workouts and adjusted my diet. i'm glad it's working!!!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
