Had a really good day today...stayed under my RDI and exercised for an hour...I feel pretty good, I just hope I'm not sore tomorrow...

I didn't get to work on the meal plans, but I have limited time in the evenings (a bit of an excuse, but hey "that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!")

Let's have another good day tomorrow...oh, and my weigh in went well so I'm pretty happy about that too...

Great job on the exercising today. I got a good workout in after work, now if I can just go to sleep! I work nights so it might take awhile with this energy. I have not been able to figure out this RDI thing. Not for sure how to determine what to calculate off of the numbers. They seem a little high.

Thanks...I was having issues with the RDI stuff as well...but when you go in and set your RDI (enter your age, height, current weight), you tell it whether you are maintaining, losing or gaining (with variations between them) and it pukes out the RDI number...I find it better to just aim to stay under the RDI that they calculate and pretty much ignore the exercise calories...I was staying under my exercise amounts and gained weight, so I just aim to stay under the RDI and the exercise is just bonus...I think it does over estimate the amount of calories burned in the Diet Calendar...anyway, I'm surprised that I'm not sore today. I guess I didn't go too hard, which is good since I worked up a sweat...I used to work graveyards. I ended up puting tin foil over the windows so that I could sleep...good luck buddy!! Later.

Hallo ;) it is true that RDI is very high. My nutricionist ordered only 1600 kcal daily, and my RDI is about 3000 kcal. Also, amounts of calories are much higher then usually, so the best way is to compare numbers with other sites. In period May 2010-march 2011 I lost more than 45 kg(100 lbs), but after relaxing of 8 months I gained 15 kg (35 lbs). So, I'm in game again :) Life in Europe is much different than in America but weight problems are same. Also I am big fan of The biggest loser(American version) and...GOOD LUCK :)
