So tomorrow my challenge starts - no chocolate for a week.
It's going to be hard. Of course, yesterday I ate the rest of my chocolate because I thought it started today (well, that and it's just soooooo good).
So perhaps I'll do 8 days without chocolate. Sugar is okay, but I think I'm a bit of a choco-holic, so I think I need a break!
Crossing my fingers that it goes well.
One good thing though, I checked my weight for my "biggest loser" at work competion, and even with the crazy food I ate this weekend, I'm still down a pound! It is likely because I drank a ton of water before I weighed in last time, but that's okay, I'll take it!

You could find that by giving up chocolate for a short time that you find it easier to moderate it when you start eating a little of it again. That's what happened when I made myself cut back on cheese. Now I allow myself to eat cheese, but find it easy to eat a lot less than I did before. Best of luck in your challenge!

Congrats on the loss. good luck without chocolate. I know that's one of your favorites. maybe when youve gotten through the week, you can try dark chocolate instead of regular chocolate. Anyway, good luck!

it's not a great success at all - totally failed. But I did reduce my chocolate consumption, so I guess that was progress.

Good luck on your challenge! I agree with Sheonamcc, it might be easier to manage when you have not had it for a while.
And dark chocolate is a good replacement. Myself, I still go for a lighter dark chocolate, my best friend loves the bakers chocolate YUCK! too dark for me, way to dark.
